Travel the Mediterranean
Your palate can move around the sea from Israel to Morocco with stops in Greece and Lebannon all while you are safely tucked away in the Tinapple Plaza of Hilliard. The Olive Tree Mediterranean Café is conveniently located at 3185 Hilliard-Rome Road Hilliard, OH. Its only about 5 miles north of I70.

hosted the CbusTasters for a dinner of Mediterranean delight. We started out sampling 7 different appetizers. The Eggplant Salad with sautéed eggplant and onion blended with feta cheese, fresh garlic, olive oil and lemon juice was my favorite. Others we sampled were Falafel, which was also very good, Matbucha and Hummus. I would suggest “The Olive Tree-O”. Choose three from Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Tzatziki, Eggplant Salad, Matbucha and Spicy Feta for only $7.50. Served with hot Pita bread, could be a lunch. We were then treated to Tabouli salad. This salad of fresh chopped parsley, tomato, cucumber, green onion and bulgar wheat seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice is served with hot Pita bread also. The main course of Gyro meat and Spicy! Chicken over Rice left little doubt that this Mediterranean experience would be a regular on our travels around I270. The evening was topped off with desert of Baklava and coffee.
